Becoming a medical marijuana patient…

How do I become a Maine Grown patient?
In order to use Maine Grown’s services, you need to fill out a State of Maine  Designation Form. You will also need to show your MMMP recommendation/designation card, as well as your State of Maine photo ID.

It is important to have these at the time you meet with us.

How do I get a Maine Medical Marijuana Certification?
To get an MMMC, you will need to visit a doctor. There are several local specialists:

Do you require a state ID?
Yes. DHHS requires us to photo copy your State of Maine photo ID.
Do I have to fill out paper work?
Yes. We must fill out the DHHS issued paperwork before you can utilize Maine Grown’s services.
Are there additional fees?
No.

Ordering & Delivery…

How does delivery work?
We offer delivery service within a 50 mile radius from our location in Poland, Maine.

Our menu of herbal medicine is 100% guaranteed. You can utilize our services by contacting us via email at: mailbox@MaineGrown.farm

Do you have any safety guidelines for delivery?
• Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Abuse of the service or our staff will result in denial of service.

• Driver carries no product other than your requested medicine.

• We will only complete deliveries during daylight hours.

• Driver vehicles have security cameras and are tracked via GPS through security headquarters.

• Maximum delivery is 2.5 oz. every 15 days.

• We will only deliver to a residence, your work, or hotel where you are checked in. Addresses and contact numbers will be verified.

• Our drivers will not be in uniform or in a marked car. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices.

• Deliveries are packaged in discreet paper bags.

• Please restrain dogs and other animals. We do not know your pets and it is easier for all of us if they are restrained during the visit.

• State of Maine photo ID

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are displeased with your selection for any reason, we will provide you with an exchange or credit within 21 days.
